Adecco is hiring immediately for a great opportunity for Bilingual Customer Service Representatives, in Memphis, TN. A Bilingual Customer Service Representative works as a Customer Service/Sales Representative, focusing on providing excellent customer service by responding to inquiries and resolving complaints while also promoting and selling products effectively. The work is Monday - Friday, with a 7am to 4pm. Candidates must be fluent in Spanish for consideration.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES: - Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone and email.
- Resolve customer complaints efficiently and maintain a positive, professional attitude.
- Build expert knowledge of our products.
- Identify customer needs and present solutions.
REQUIREMENTS: - Education and Experience
- Required Must be 18 yrs. or older
- Customer Service skills for handling inquiries and complaints.
Sales experience to promote products effectively.
Strong Communication abilities for engaging with customers.
Proficiency in Data Entry
Spanish speaking/writing abilities.
- Ability to answer phones
- Strong customer service
- Ability to accurately enter data from work tickets
- Spanish speaking/writing abilities needed
- Must have 6 months experience in customer service
- Must be able to visually recognize differences in products.
- Must always follow all Safety and Facility rules and regulations.

Pay Details: $17.00 per hour
