As a Customer Service Sales Associate, you will be vital in creating an outstanding shopping experience for our guests. Your role will involve greeting customers and keeping our store stocked, organized, and tidy. You'll collaborate with the management team to support daily operations and gain essential operational skills through cross-training in various areas of the store. Scheduling: This position can be either part-time or full-time and requires availability during various hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays as some EG America locations operate 24 hours a day.
Hours & Conditions: Part-time (up to 29 hours), Full-time (30-40 hours)
Travel: 5%. Occasionally, you may be asked to assist in nearby stores.
Physical Requirements: Ability to frequently lift and/or move up to 25 pounds, occasionally lift and/or move up to 40 pounds, and stand/walk for 8 hours a day while performing various physical tasks such as bending, squatting, and reaching. Expect a moderate noise level in the workplace.
