Responsibilities Customer Service Representative:
- Route technicians based on their home location and skill level
- Receive inbound calls from customers to provide quotes for auto glass replacement
- Respond to customer inquiries via email and phone, resolving issues promptly
- Analyze customer needs and recommend the appropriate service options
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions
- Collaborate with our field and office teams to ensure 100% customer satisfaction
- Follow company policies and procedures for customer service
Qualifications/Requirements Customer Service Representative:
- Auto Glass Experience is a HUGE PLUS. If you have it, we highly encourage you to apply.
- Previous experience in dispatching and quoting preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities with meticulous attention to detail
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment
- Proficiency in computer systems and customer-service software
(CRM, Excel, etc.) - Must be able to reliably commute to or plan to relocate to Irving, TX (75038)
