Role Summary:
We are seeking enthusiastic Call Center Representatives to join our team. You will be the first point of contact for customers, assisting with inquiries, resolving issues, and delivering exceptional service.
Key Responsibilities:
Respond to incoming customer calls and emails promptly and professionally.
Address and resolve customer concerns with empathy and efficiency.
Provide accurate information about products, services, and policies.
Document customer interactions and ensure proper follow-up.
Meet performance goals, including customer satisfaction and call handling metrics.
Collaborate with team members to improve processes and customer experiences.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; additional education is a plus.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Problem-solving ability and attention to detail.
Experience in customer service or call centers is preferred but not required.
Basic computer skills, including proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office.
A friendly and professional demeanor with a customer-first attitude.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $17.75 - $17.75/hr.
