Customer Service Representatives to join their team on a temp-to-hire basis. Salary/Hourly Rate: $22/hr Position Overview: The Customer Service Representatives will manage inbound/outbound calls, update client information in the system, gather additional paperwork needed from clients, and follow up accordingly. There are both part-time and full-time schedules available and various shifts are open. Responsibilities of the Customer Service Representatives:
- The Customer Service Representatives will communicate with clients via phone and email.
- Organize files, scan documents, update the system, and work with various depts as needed.
- Work with internal departments to streamline client processes.
Required Experience/Skills for the Customer Service Representatives:
- Must have 1 - 2 years of customer-facing experience, ideally in a call center environment.
Preferred Experience/Skills for the Customer Service Representatives:
- Mortgage processing or financial experience is preferred.
Education Requirements:
- High school diploma is required.
