Customer Service Representative with Security Clearance

Zachary Piper Solutions is currently seeking a Customer Service Representative on Ft. Belvoir supporting all base communications. Responsibilities for the Customer Service Representative include: Prepare orders in the NetPlus database by creating a TSR (Telecommunications Service Request) using the information obtained from the customers
Coordinate with appropriate supervisors for time and material estimates.
Work directly with Outside Plant technicians and Inside Plant technicians on any service order questions or issues and/or trouble calls as needed
Resolve routine pricing inquiries to include issuance of Corrected Service Orders if needed
Update the NetPlus database. This includes building new cables, creating new connectivity devices, updating LENs, updating connectivity for phone numbers and circuits, etc
Give verbal and written instructions for all telecommunication devices used on Fort Belvoir
Qualifications for the Customer Service Representative include: 2-3+ years of relevant experience
Experience with handling ticket/service requests or working in an administrative assistant or customer service related position
ACTIVE DoD SECRET Clearance
Compensation for the Customer Service Representative include: $50,000 - $60,000/yr. based on experience
