VCA La Riviera in Sacramento, CA is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team. We are a small 2 doctor general practice hospital with big ideas. We strive to maintain a work environment that is fun and fosters group collaboration between the doctor, technical staff and the customer service representatives. We focus on preventive care, offer only the highest quality medicine, and low-stress handling. We strive for excellent communication and a positive work environment where questions and learning are welcomed.
We are looking for an experienced CSR who is bright, friendly, self-motivated, and excels in attention to detail. Duties will include, but are not limited to:
Answering multiple phone lines
Scheduling appointments
Assisting clients with Care Club and/or the MyVCA app
Communicating with clients via text message
Greeting clients and patients with a friendly smile as they check in for appointments, pick up prescriptions, purchase food, etc.

Starting at $18-$19 / hour. Pay depends on experience
