To excel in this position, you will assist customers in person and over the phone, process sales transactions accurately, and achieve monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales goals. Responsibilities may include maintaining work order files, mixing colors to customer specifications, stocking shelves, and assisting with deliveries when needed.

Minimum Requirements: - Must be at least 18 years old.

Preferred Qualifications: - A valid, unrestricted Driver's License.
- A High School diploma or GED.
- At least one year of experience in delivery, retail, or customer service.
- Experience selling paint and related products is a plus.
- Familiarity with tinting and mixing equipment.
- Ability to communicate fluently in more than one language, especially Spanish.
