Join our team as a Customer Service Representative, a key role vital to the success of our retail stores. In this full-time position, you will have the opportunity to work in various stores within a 25-mile radius of Store located at 6023 Ogeechee Avenue, Savannah, GA 31419.
As a Customer Service Representative, you will engage with both wholesale and retail customers, assisting them in identifying their needs, answering questions about Sherwin-Williams products, and offering tailored solutions. Your focus will be on resolving customer concerns promptly and ensuring the highest level of client satisfaction. Staying updated on product features and maintaining the store's quality and visual standards will also be crucial in achieving our sales goals.
Your daily responsibilities will include:
- Delivering exceptional customer service to ensure high levels of satisfaction.
- Engaging with customers in person and over the phone to assess their needs and recommend appropriate products.
- Building strong trust relationships with both wholesale and retail customers.
- Processing sales transactions accurately in line with company policies.
- Aiming to meet monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales objectives.
- Maintaining organized work order files and product formulas.
- Pulling products from the sales floor or warehouse as needed.
- Mixing and tinting products to customer specifications.
- Restocking shelves and setting up visually appealing displays.
- Maintaining the cleanliness of store equipment.
- Assisting with delivery tasks as necessary.
- Keeping assigned areas well-stocked and presentable.
- Remaining knowledgeable about products and discussing options with customers.
- Following inventory control guidelines and suggesting ways to improve sales.
Minimum Requirements: - Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age.
- Must have legal authorization to work in the country without requiring visa sponsorship.
- Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs frequently and 70 lbs occasionally With or without reasonable accommodation.
- Willingness to work all scheduled hours, including evenings and weekends, with or without reasonable accommodation.
Preferred Qualifications: - Valid, unrestricted Driver's License.
- High School diploma or GED.
- One (1) year of experience in retail, customer service, or delivery.
- Previous experience selling paint and related products.
- Experience operating tinting and mixing equipment.
- Ability to communicate in more than one language is a plus.
- Spanish language skills are a significant advantage.
