Responsibilities:
• Establish and nurture strong connections with current clients to uphold their satisfaction and loyalty
• Work closely with the sales team to devise effective strategies for achieving sales targets and company objectives
• Deliver compelling presentations that showcase the advantages of renewable energy and the available incentives
• Conduct face-to-face educational sessions for customers to educate them on the benefits and incentives related to solar energy Qualifications:
• To be considered for the Customer Service Representative position in Renewable Energy in Bloomingdale, IL, US, candidates must have prior experience in sales and customer service
