Responsibilities- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat
- Provide information about SNAP EBT transactions to customers
- Assist with account updates
- Conduct outbound calling campaigns to engage with customers
- Perform data entry and maintain customer records accurately
- Analyze customer feedback to improve services
- Communicate effectively in English, Spanish is a plus
Qualifications- Previous experience in customer service or a related field preferred
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Strong sales skills with the ability to upsell products or services
- Proficient in data entry and CRM software
- Ability to analyze customer needs and provide suitable solutions
- Verification of at least a high school diploma or GED
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Ability to remain engaged on the phone throughout the entirety of your shift with minimal to no distractions
- Must live in the state of California
