Position Overview
As a Customer Service Representative at Domino's, you will play a vital role in ensuring our customers have an exceptional experience. Your responsibilities will include taking orders, preparing pizzas, and delivering outstanding service in a fun, fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Operate all equipment efficiently.
  • Stock ingredients from the delivery area to storage, work area, and walk-in cooler.
  • Prepare products according to company standards.
  • Receive and process telephone orders with professionalism.
  • Communicate clearly with customers and co-workers to manage orders both over the phone and in person.
  • Take inventory and complete all associated paperwork accurately.
  • Maintain cleanliness of equipment and the facility.
Essential Skills:
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to comprehend and provide clear written and verbal instructions.
  • Mathematical proficiency for basic calculations (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division) and making correct monetary change.
  • Good motor coordination for precise movements quickly and accurately.
  • Experience with computer order entry or touchscreen operations.
  • Ability to lift at least 40-50 lbs.
