Are you detail-oriented with a knack for customer service and order management? Join our team as a CSR - Order Entry Administrator and play a crucial role in ensuring our customers receive their orders accurately and on time.
What You'll Do:
- Manage the end-to-end order fulfillment process, from receiving quotes and customer orders to confirming material availability and delivery dates.
- Enter, expedite, and track orders using ERP and CRM systems, ensuring accurate and timely communication with customers.
- Collaborate closely with Customer Service teams, Account Managers, and Production to proactively address any shipment issues and keep customers informed.
- Assist with customer inquiries related to order status, returns, and non-conforming materials.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and order requirements within the CRM system.
- Support inventory management through the purchase requisition process.
What We're Looking For:
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and math skills.
- Exceptional attention to detail with accurate data entry capabilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Windows-based software.
- Preferred: 2+ years of customer service experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Bonus: Experience reading and interpreting technical drawings.
Work Environment & Schedule:
- Full-time, Monday through Friday (40 hours/week), with hours aligned to facility needs.
- Typical office setting with occasional time on the manufacturing floor.
