A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE - OFFICE ASSISTANT

As a Customer Service Representative - Office Assistant, you arrive each day ready to work hard and ensure maximum scheduling efficiency without compromising customer service. Most of your day is spent on the phone or on your computer. Your friendly and capable demeanor shines as you receive incoming client phone calls and help dispatch service calls to field technicians.

You also make phone calls to inform clients of arrival times and ensure that they are notified ahead of time about any delays. And, as necessary, you reschedule appointments. Afterward, you use your excellent customer service skills to verify that services have been performed appropriately and clients are satisfied. You are also happy to complete tasks such as the weekly budget revenue reports, promoting Lanz Comfort Family Plans, and a variety of office duties. You feel good about ensuring that our clients are taken care of, all parties are well-informed, and everything runs smoothly.

QUALIFICATIONS FOR CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE - OFFICE ASSISTANT
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to type at least 30 WPM
  • Knowledge of geographic area served
  • Map reading ability
