Job Description
Customer Service Representative As a Level 1 CSR, you'll be the first point of contact, providing outstanding service and support to customers through phone, email, and chat. The majority of your work will involve entering and managing medical product orders, with growth opportunities into more complex customer queues over time.
Key Responsibilities: - Deliver friendly, professional, and solution-focused customer service
- Handle inbound/outbound calls (approx. 9/hour), emails, and chat inquiries
- Enter and manage orders (hearing instruments, accessories, warranties, replacements)
- Check and communicate order status, including out-of-stock notifications
- Maintain and update customer information in CRM (Salesforce)
- Log and track customer data for reporting and quality purposes
- Work overtime as needed to meet demand
- Toggle between multiple systems while on calls (Salesforce, ERP, Knowledge Base)
- Support special tasks and projects as assigned
Requirements: - High school diploma or GED required
- 2-3 years of call center customer service experience
- Clear, professional communication (spoken and written). Excellent listening, multitasking, and follow-up skills
- Comfortable working unscripted and adapting to each call
- Reliable internet and quiet workspace required
- Proficiency in Outlook, Word, Excel, and web-based tools
- Experience with Salesforce and B2B customer support (preferred)
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Positive, helpful attitude with a genuine desire to assist others
Additional Info: - Pay range: $20/hr-$22/hour
- Schedule: M-F 10:30-7pm (Training hours will be M-F 8:00am-4:30pm)
