Responsibilities:

  • Support the development and execution of marketing campaigns tailored to our clients' needs.
  • Work closely with the marketing and management teams to drive sales and customer retention.
  • Collaborate with team members to identify opportunities for market growth and improvement.
  • Participate in daily training and development sessions to enhance personal and professional skills.
  • Contribute to team meetings, brainstorming sessions, and strategy development initiatives.
  • Maintain professionalism in all customer and client interactions, both in-person and over the phone.
  • Handle various administrative duties related to customer service and sales activities.
  • Grow within the company by demonstrating leadership, initiative, and the ability to deliver results.
