About the Role:

We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team at Jake West Allstate Agency in Woodstock, GA. As a Customer Service Representative, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients, helping them with their insurance needs and ensuring their satisfaction.

This position comes with both a competitive salary and a lucrative performance-based bonus system, which rewards you for each positive interaction with a customer.

Responsibilities:

Assist customers with their insurance inquiries and policy changes

Process policy renewals and updates

Handle incoming calls and emails from clients

Provide information on insurance products and coverage options

Assist with resolving customer concerns and issues

Requirements:

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Previous experience in customer service or insurance industry is a plus

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic computer skills

Ability to obtain or currently hold a Property & Casualty insurance license

Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
