Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with professionalism and accuracy
- Address customer complaints with care and precision to achieve full customer satisfaction
- Communicate frequently customers' suggestions to the team to troubleshoot and improve services
- Follow established protocols when managing challenging customer issues and escalate to appropriate parties when needed
- Create detailed records of all customer interactions and follow up to ensure all questions have been answered
- Keep track of customer accounts and make updates with new account information as necessary
- Assist guests with booking inquiries, property information, and local recommendations
- Coordinate with property management teams to resolve maintenance or service issues
- Maintain knowledge of all rental properties, policies, and seasonal promotions
- Participate in team meetings and training sessions to continuously improve service quality
Requirements - Experience working in a customer-oriented atmosphere
- High school diploma, G.E.D. or equivalent
- Excellent active listening, interpersonal, and communication skills
