Responsibilities
  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with professionalism and accuracy
  • Address customer complaints with care and precision to achieve full customer satisfaction
  • Communicate frequently customers' suggestions to the team to troubleshoot and improve services
  • Follow established protocols when managing challenging customer issues and escalate to appropriate parties when needed
  • Create detailed records of all customer interactions and follow up to ensure all questions have been answered
  • Keep track of customer accounts and make updates with new account information as necessary
  • Assist guests with booking inquiries, property information, and local recommendations
  • Coordinate with property management teams to resolve maintenance or service issues
  • Maintain knowledge of all rental properties, policies, and seasonal promotions
  • Participate in team meetings and training sessions to continuously improve service quality
Requirements
  • Experience working in a customer-oriented atmosphere
  • High school diploma, G.E.D. or equivalent
  • Excellent active listening, interpersonal, and communication skills
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
  • Proficiency with computer systems and ability to learn new software quickly
  • Ability to remain calm and professional in high-pressure situations
  • Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively
