Customer Service Representative

We are searching for an experienced Customer Service Representative at our Winchester, TN facility.

Main duties andResponsibilities

Input and check customer (order entry) orders using TCM 9.9 software system.

Provides technical assistance to customers in identifying parts for replacement purposes.

Provides customer support regarding part numbers, pricing orders, etc.

Enter customer complaints regarding sold product and verify if it should be entered into our Salesforce Database.

Initiates customer returns and follow the return through our internal process.

File customer order acknowledgments and invoices.

Print customer orders from e-mail and send reply to customers of receipt of their order with acknowledgement documentation.

Process orders to shipping department and review shipped orders for closure.

Performs other tasks or duties as assigned.

Job Requirements
Service-oriented and able to resolve customer grievances.
Proficient computer skills with the ability to learn new software.
Must have Microsoft Office knowledge/experience.
Ability to learn quickly in a fast paced, continuously changing environment, and work overtime as necessary.
