$18/hr starting - increases to $20/hr after training
Schedule: Monday - Friday , 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM
Responsibilities:
- Deliver excellent service and maintain a positive, professional attitude
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat
- Resolve customer issues and ensure satisfaction
- Collaborate with internal teams to meet customer needs
- Perform other tasks as assigned
