Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a friendly, detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, helping them resolve issues, answer questions, and ensure a smooth and positive experience with our company. Key Responsibilities
Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, or social media.

Resolve product or service problems by clarifying customer complaints, determining the cause, and selecting the best solution.

Process orders, returns, and account updates accurately and efficiently.

Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.

Provide feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process.

Collaborate with other departments to resolve complex issues and improve the customer experience.

Stay up-to-date with product knowledge, company policies, and procedures.

Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor's degree preferred.

Proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.

Proficiency with computers and experience using CRM systems or customer service software.

Patience and a positive, can-do attitude.

Preferred Qualifications
Bilingual (Spanish/English or other language) is a plus.

Experience in industry-specific area, e.g., e-commerce, healthcare, tech support .

Familiarity with Zendesk, Salesforce, Freshdesk, or other customer support platforms.
