This full-time opportunity requires working at various stores within a 20-mile radius of our Mentor, OH location at: 7872 Plaza Blvd., Mentor, OH 44060. Key Responsibilities: - Deliver outstanding customer service through friendly and knowledgeable interactions.
- Help customers both in-person and over the phone, understanding their needs and recommending suitable products.
- Develop strong relationships with customers, ensuring their trust and loyalty.
- Accurately process sales transactions in line with company policies.
- Achieve sales targets consistently on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis.
- Maintain organized and detailed work order files.
- Prepare products according to customer specifications, including tinting and mixing.
- Restock shelves, create attractive displays, and maintain cleanliness in the store.
- Assist with delivery tasks as required.
- Keep assigned areas well-stocked and appealing.
- Enhance product knowledge to assist customers effectively.
- Comply with inventory management procedures and suggest improvements to boost sales.
Minimum Requirements: - Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age.
- Legally authorized to work in the country without sponsorship.
- Possess a valid, unrestricted Driver's License.
- Ability to lift and carry materials up to 50 lbs. frequently and up to 70 lbs. on occasion.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
Preferred Qualifications: - High School diploma or GED.
- One (1) year of experience in a delivery, retail, or customer service role.
- Experience with paint and related products is a plus.
- Familiarity with tinting and mixing equipment.
- Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply.
- Ability to communicate effectively in Spanish is a bonus.
