We're evaluating talent for a variety of Customer Service and Operations opportunities in the automotive industry in the Overland Park, KS and Wichita, KS areas.   • This is an application for ongoing consideration for multiple in-person opportunities.
  • Location: Opportunities will be in either Overland Park, KS or Wichita, KS.
  • Compensation: Ranges from $16/hr - $20/hr. Pay varies based on experience and position.
  • Roles can include: Car Detailer, Valet, Kiosk Agent, Inventory Coordinator, Administrative Assistant, and others.
Responsibilities include:
  • Resolve customer inquiries by providing prompt, professional assistance and thoughtful solutions to ensure a positive and supportive experience.
  • Leverage computer programs to efficiently manage multiple tasks, prioritize responsibilities, and take initiative in resolving issues independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Use internal systems to track inventory, complete paperwork, and ensure accurate documentation.
  • Assisting with billing questions, scheduling sales and service appointments, and educating customers on features.
  • Car Detailers or Valets may assist with customer shuttles, car wash maintenance, cleaning show floor vehicles, etc.
Minimum Qualifications:
  • Have 1+ year of customer service experience
  • High school diploma or equivalent required. Bachelor's degree a plus.
  • Are comfortable navigating multiple systems on the computer
  • Enjoy working in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment
  • Are detail-oriented and organized with strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Have a valid driver's license and acceptable driving record
