Job Title: Part/Full-time Customer Service Representative
Location: Whitewater Veterinary Hospital Whitewater, Wisconsin 53190
Job Summary:
We are searching for a highly motivated and professional Full-time Customer Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, have a positive attitude, and a passion for providing exceptional customer service. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction. This is a part-time or full-time position with regular working hours and opportunities for advancement within our organization.
Responsibilities:
1. Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person promptly, professionally, and efficiently.
2. Provide accurate information regarding products, services, and company policies to customers.
3. Address and resolve customer complaints or concerns in a timely manner, striving for customer satisfaction.
4. Keep records of customer interactions and transactions accurately in the PMS system.
5. Utilize effective questioning and listening techniques to identify customers' needs and provide appropriate solutions.
6. Upsell products or services to customers based on their needs or preferences to increase sales and revenue.
7. Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure a consistent and outstanding customer experience.
8. Stay up-to-date with product knowledge, company policies, and industry trends to provide accurate and relevant information to customers.
9. Collaborate with relevant departments to resolve complex customer issues, if necessary.
10. Assist in handling payment transactions and ensure accurate processing.
11. Recommend process improvements that enhance customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.
Requirements:
1. High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
2. Proven work experience in a customer service role or similar position.
3. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
4. Outstanding problem-solving skills with a customer-oriented approach.
5. Ability to remain calm and professional in stressful situations.
6. Proficiency in using practice management software and Microsoft Office.
7. Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
8. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
9. Ability to adapt to new technologies and platforms quickly.
10. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a consistently positive attitude.
11. Availability to work flexible hours when required, including occasional Saturdays.
12. Bilingual skills are a plus.
