Our well-established client is currently seeking a Customer Service Representative to join their team. Full time opportunity in the Colonie area.

Responsibilities of the Customer Service Representative will include:
  • Receive and process customer supply orders.
  • Generate quotes for supply orders requested by customers.
  • Handle incoming service calls from customers.
  • Monitor and manage shipments, addressing any order-related issues.
  • Provide phone-based troubleshooting assistance to customers for service-related issues. Additionally, support the Administration Team with various tasks as needed.
Job Requirements

Qualifications of the Customer Service Representative:
  • Completion of High School Diploma or equivalent (GED).
  • Prior experience in providing customer service.
  • Skilled in computer usage for data entry and management purposes.
  • Knowledgeable in utilizing phone systems effectively.
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Highly organized and self-motivated individual
  • Detail oriented and deadline driven

Pay for this position is commensurate with experience and education, ranging roughly from $40,000 to $45,000.
