We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic radiopharmaceutical company. The Customer Service Representative will play a crucial role in overseeing and optimizing the customer orders, informing on product logistics, and ensuring customer / product success. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, organization skills, and a deep understanding of regulatory compliance within the radiopharmaceutical industry. Responsibilities:
  • Identify and establish relationships with reliable customers, negotiate terms, and manage contracts to ensure cost-effectiveness and timely delivery.
  • Maintain prompt communications with customers and the sales team to communicate sales, logistics, successful delivery of final products, and billing.
  • Ensure compliance with GDP, GMP, US DOT, and applicable regulatory guidelines during transportation and storage.
  • Manage documentation related to logistics, including shipping documents, customs paperwork, temperature logs, and chain-of-custody records.
  • Assist in audits and inspections by maintaining proper documentation and procedures.
  • Identify process improvements to reduce costs, increase efficiency, and ensure timely deliveries.
  • Monitor logistics performance, resolve issues, and proactively address potential disruptions in deliveries.
  • Collaborate with transportation partners to optimize shipping methods, reduce lead times, and manage transportation costs.
  • Stay up-to-date with relevant regulations and guidelines governing the procurement, handling, and transportation of radiopharmaceutical materials.
  • Maintain accurate and comprehensive documentation related to customers, including licenses, quality control reports, and compliance records.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including production, quality control, regulatory affairs, and finance, to ensure seamless final product flow and operational efficiency.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management or a related field; advanced degree is a plus.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in customer service, accounts payable, or logistics within the pharmaceutical or radiopharmaceutical industry.
  • Strong knowledge of regulatory compliance and quality standards specific to pharmaceutical materials and distribution.
  • Proven experience in customer management, negotiation, and contract administration.
  • Familiarity with inventory management software and ERP systems.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and customer relations skills.
  • Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and compliance.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks effectively.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and other relevant software applications.
