Our client specializes in the manufacturing of coatings and chemicals within the semiconductor and microelectronics spaces. Last year they were acquired by one of the global leaders in chemicals and pharmaceuticals manufacturing industry, which has perpetuated their growth across multiple verticals in the US.

Job Description

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:
  • Enter orders based on faxes, emails and telephone calls
  • Provide written and verbal quotes to customers
  • Respond to customer requests for information and documents
  • Direct phone calls as needed (main line, etc.)
  • Resolve customer issues
