- Researches patient information, enters patient into system, calls physicians, verifies insurances (to include Medicare, Medicaid, and Private Insurances) and prints orders.
- Researches patient information, determines pay source and/or coverage of any requested parts of repairs to customer equipment. Provides information prior to ordering or replacing any parts to appropriate persons.
- Assists and waits on walk-in customers.
- Assists in year-end physical inventory reconciliation process. To include: physical counts of finished goods, rechecking of numbers when needed.
- Helps with the overflow of phone calls. Keep phone log and take messages.
- Maintains showroom display, makes final check during last 30 minutes of workday.
- Assists in checking that all printers, copiers, computers, lights, and coffee pots are turned off, doors locked and telephones are transferred at the end of the day.
- Assists in daily rotation of keeping oxygen cylinder closet full.
- In rotation for on call scheduled duties.
