- Conduct outbound calling to follow up on customer inquiries or provide additional support as needed.

- Identify opportunities for up selling or cross-selling products during customer interactions.
- Stay updated on product knowledge and company policies to effectively assist customers.
Requirements - Proven experience in customer service or client-facing roles is preferred.
- Strong phone etiquette and communication skills in English; bilingual candidates are highly encouraged to apply.
- Familiarity with cash handling procedures is a plus.
- Ability to type efficiently while engaging with customers on the phone or through chat.
