We are seeking a motivated, detail-oriented, and friendly Customer Service Representative to join our team and help continue to elevate our customer support experience.

Position Summary

The Customer Service Representative is responsible for interacting directly with customers to answer inquiries, provide information about products or services, provide order status updates, enter orders and resolve issues. This position requires excellent communication and problem solving skills to provide total customer satisfaction to our clients.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following:
  • Responding to customer inquiries: Addressing customer questions about products, services, policies, and account details through various communication channels.
  • Handling customer complaints: Listening to customer concerns, investigating issues, and finding solutions to resolve complaints in a timely and professional manner.
  • Providing product information: Explaining product features, benefits, and specifications to customers.
  • Processing orders and transactions: Taking orders, verifying customer details, and processing payments.
  • Account management: Managing customer accounts, updating information, and resolving account-related issues.
  • Building customer relationships: Establishing positive rapport with customers through friendly and personalized interactions.
  • Escalating complex issues: Identifying issues that require further assistance and transferring them to the appropriate department.
  • Staying updated on company policies and procedures: Maintaining knowledge of current product offerings, promotions, and company guidelines.
Minimum Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities) International distributor support.
  • High school diploma or equivalent (Associate's degree or higher preferred).
  • 1-2 years of experience in customer service or data entry, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and familiarity with CRM or ERP systems.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
