• Discuss services with customers both in person and over the phone

• Take or enter orders

• Enter customer complaints in notes

• Enter sample requests

• Send proofs and samples out for approval.

• Enter specs for approved items and archive artwork

• Match P.O prices and items to art/rerun items

• Enter dollar value to bookings log

• Enter ship date requests

• Attend production meetings to track jobs

• Review and share information for processing customer requirements

• Data entry of print order information

• Other duties as assigned

Job Requirements

• 3-5 years" experience in related field

• Communicate effectively with customers, sales representatives, and vendors regarding orders

• Possess excellent communication and organizational skills

• Knowledge of OMS system or similar is a big plus

• Experience with Excel

• Good computer skills

• Data entry skills

• Strong teamwork and leadership attributes

• Strong attention to detail

• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

• Cross-train with team members

• Customer service experience

• Ability to work well with others
