Customer Service Representative Pridestaff has a client in the Ventura looking for a Customer Service Representative, ideally someone with experience in a HVAC, Plumbing, Roofing or Electric knowledge. Must have good computer skills and be capable of handling busy phones. This company offer great benefits and long term employment.
Location: Ventura, CA
Schedule: Mon-Fri full time with occasional weekend shifts
This is a Temp-to-Hire position
Salary: $22.00+
Responsibilities: - Answer customer calls and respond to emails and online requests for services
- Help customers with questions
- Help customers booking the right service
- Route, dispatch and debrief field technicians
- Order parts as needed
- Manage paperwork in the office
Requirements: - Previous experience with customer service or dispatching is a big plus
- Previous experience in an HVAC, plumbing, roofing or electrical company is a plus
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
- Good multi-tasker
- Experience using a computer to plan, data entry, email
- Must be able to think on your feet and make decisions
- Must be able to work well under pressure
- Creative problem solver
