Currently seeking Remote Customer Service Representatives to join the team at a health care company.

Job Description:

  • Primary contact between the corporation and members and providers

  • Provides information, education and assistance to members, providers, other insurance companies, attorneys, agents/brokers or other customer representatives on recorded phone lines regarding benefits, claims and eligibility.

  • Provide excellent and caring services to all internal and external members and providers.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Seeking skilled professionals who can provide caring service to members while multitasking using web-based tools in a Windows environment.

  • Must have 1 year customer service call center experience OR 1 year customer service experience such as insurance, banking, hospital medical office.

  • Must have high school diploma or GED.

Must have:

  • Quiet work space with no distractions

  • High speed internet and Ethernet plug in (cannot use Wi-Fi only)

Location: must live in Oregon, Washington, Idaho, or Utah.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $19.00/hr.
