Customer Service Representatives will handle inbound customer service calls for a leading healthcare payments company, to assist and answer questions around medical payment processing, statement inquiries and other customer support needs. Responsibilities:

  • Provide inbound customer service for a leading healthcare payments company.
  • Consistently provide a great customer experience.
  • Ensuring that consumers are satisfied with products or services by handling complaints and inquiries
  • Collect prompt and accurate customer feedback
  • Communicating and coordinating with colleagues as necessary.
  • Providing feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process.

Requirements

  • 1-2+ years of customer service experience; healthcare preferred
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to respect and maintain customer and client confidentiality
  • Intermediate to advanced computer skills
  • Background check & drug screening required

Required Equipment

  • A laptop or desktop PC (cannot be an Apple product, Surface or Chromebook) with Windows 10
  • Ability Hardwire (plug-in) to your internet source with an ethernet cable
  • USB headset (not wireless) with a noise-canceling microphone
  • Webcam (external or embedded)
