What You'll Do: - Deliver exceptional customer service with a friendly, solutions-focused attitude.
- Professionally handle incoming and outgoing phone calls; route calls to the appropriate departments as needed.
- Respond to customer inquiries via email and mail in a timely, helpful, and professional manner.
- Accurately create and process customer orders.
- Verify inventory availability to support order fulfillment and customer inquiries.
- Process customer payments securely and efficiently.
- Enter and maintain warranty card information in the system.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to customers.
- Greet and assist guests and visitors at the front door.
- Locate and share shipment tracking numbers with customers as requested.
- Develop in-depth product knowledge to effectively support customers and internal teams.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming work environment.
- Support the Seasoning Department with tasks as needed.
- Utilize and test products to build knowledge and assist in creating product samples.
- Actively demonstrate and promote the company's Core Values in daily interactions and work practice
