Basic Purpose Primary function is to provide the highest level of customer satisfaction. To support sales/customer service functions through all departments.
Minimum Position Specifications High school diploma or equivalent. Two years of customer service experience. Computer skills, including Microsoft, Word and Excel.

Direct Responsibilities: Accurately communicate account requirements received from customer or prospect or sales person, to all departments
- Advise sales person of account contact, orders, changes to orders, requests and any problems
- Handle customer requests-If request cannot be handled by support, forward to sales person and/or manager
- Follow up on request
- Obtain answers to requests from accounts and sales personnel
- Process:
- Customer inquiries
- Customer orders
- Order changes
- Quote requests
- Subcontractor sample requests
- Export papers
- Customer acknowledgments
- Corrective and Preventive (CAPA) process
- Monitor vendor delivery timing
- Arrange Freight as required
- Obtaining and processing Bill of Lading from vendors
- Monitor customer stock levels reorder as required and reconcile monthly
- Insure accurate and timely flow of information between other departments
General Duties- Process and system improvements
- Strong understanding of Customer's business needs as it relates to packaging
- Strong understanding of the products being sold to your customers
- Understand controls used throughout the company and how your actions relate to those processes
- Apply controls and processes to new situations
- Identification of business and process issues. Proactively manage

Organizational Relationships Reports to manager - Customer Service/Sales. Interacts with all departments.
