As a Customer Service Representative (CSR), you'll be the friendly face of Wawa, delivering exceptional customer service. Our CSRs are proud ambassadors of our cherished brand, committed to putting people first and ensuring customer satisfaction every day.
    Your Responsibilities:
  • Greet customers and provide prompt service to meet their needs with a smile.
  • Prepare delectable food items, including our famous breakfast options, made-to-order sandwiches, specialty beverages, and pizzas, while maintaining a clean and organized coffee station.
  • Handle cash register operations, manage payments, activate fuel and gift cards, and assist with age-restricted product verification.
  • Keep our stores well-stocked and inviting, ensuring all shelves are fresh and full.
  • Assist in maintaining a clean and safe store by following all policies, procedures, and guidelines.
  • Perform housekeeping duties including cleaning, sweeping, mopping, and managing waste effectively.

Qualifications:
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, multitasking environment.
  • Must be 16 years or older with reliable transportation.

The hourly pay range for this position is $16.00 - $20.00, based on experience and location. Additionally, Associates working during the hours of 12am - 6am will receive a $1.50 shift differential.
