  • Compliant with various computer programs / systems: Oracle, EDI, Excel, Outlook, Order Loader e.g. More4Apps, etc.
  • Order entry: Process all the customer's POs - standard, promotional, direct ship, International, and/or EDI/More4Apps Orders. Send Customer sales order acknowledgement.
  • Customer Support: Open order and/or backorder reports, maintain customers account information, maintain department logs and perform weekly/monthly cross checks.
  • Release orders and print shipping instructions for warehouse, work out any shipment issues/delays (e.g. short stock), and suggest Kaizen opportunities in the department where possible to management.
  • Other duties as assigned.
Required Skills and Abilities:
  • Common software capabilities; Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook (intermediate preferred, advanced a plus)
  • WPM 40-60, 10-key by touch
  • Excellent verbal, writing, and interpersonal skills
  • Positive customer service personality (important)
  • Experience - minimum 5 years
Beneficial Skills and Experience:
  • Automotive Aftermarket Experience
  • Oracle
Education/Training/Certifications:
  • High School Diploma
Work Environment Requirements:
  • Must be able to operate a personal computer, telephone, printer, and other office equipment.
  • Must perform job duties onsite during training (6-12 months) then will be expected to WFH and the Office (hybrid schedule). Work from home space is required.
  • Must be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment where constructive criticism is encouraged.
  • Must be able to work on multiple assignments at once, and complete assignments within deadline and prioritize accordingly.
  • Must be able to operate as an effective team member.
  • Must be committed to a high standard of safety and be willing and able to comply with all safety laws and all company safety policies.
Attendance/Work Hour Requirements:
  • Must maintain an acceptable attendance record.
  • Must be willing and available to work such weekends and holidays as necessary and desirable to meet business needs.
  • Schedule is Monday - Friday 8AM - 5PM (1 hour lunch and 2 breaks)
