We're looking for a Customer Experience Associate (CEA) to be the voice of our brand and the heartbeat of our customer support team. In this role, you'll be the first point of contact for our customers-answering questions, solving problems, and making sure every interaction is smooth, helpful, and memorable.
What You'll Do
Handle 25-50+ inbound calls and 50-100+ emails daily with professionalism and care
Answer questions about shipping, product availability, and pricing
Use internal systems to research and resolve customer inquiries
Create and manage support cases to ensure timely resolution
Collaborate across departments to solve customer issues quickly and effectively
Provide clear, proactive communication across multiple channels
Use critical thinking and problem-solving to deliver a frictionless customer experience
Be a key player in maintaining our reputation for world-class customer service
What You Bring Must-Haves:
2+ years of customer service experience
Strong communication skills via phone and email
Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook and Word
General computer literacy
Experience handling 50+ inbound calls per day
High school diploma or equivalent
Nice-to-Haves:
Experience with Microsoft Dynamics CRM
Familiarity with Microsoft Excel

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $24.00/hr.
