A DAY IN THE LIFE:

Our representatives answer incoming calls in a high-volume setting, providing exceptional customer service by supporting and responding to inquiries. Some duties include:
  • Providing responsive and professional customer service to customers.
  • Navigating through several programs while on each call, including dual monitors, virtual desktops, and other internal systems.
  • Maintaining program metrics and customer satisfaction scores.
  • Passing quality assurance evaluations scored by our training department.
  • Attending coachings and team meetings.
  • Performing other duties as assigned.
WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

We are looking for those with the following:
  • At least 6 consecutive months of inbound customer service experience in a call-center setting required.
  • A remote setting that provides the same distraction-free environment as an office.
  • Strong oral/written communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills required.
  • Ability to navigate through and utilize various computer applications efficiently.
  • Must be open to our diverse and inclusive culture.
  • The ability to interview on a computer with a camera.
  • The completion of an internet speed test, background screening, and drug screening.
