Job Description: As a Customer Service Representative focused on subscription management, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our clients receive a seamless and positive experience with their ongoing treatments. You will handle subscription inquiries, billing, and account updates while delivering outstanding customer service that reflects the Regenics standard of care.
Responsibilities
Manage subscription accounts, including modifications, renewals, and cancellations.
Respond to patient inquiries via email and chat, providing prompt and professional support.
Resolve billing and payment-related issues accurately and efficiently.
Maintain detailed records of patient interactions in our CRM system.
Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues and improve processes.
Skills
Medical office background or experience in a healthcare setting is required.
Minimum of 2 years of customer service experience, preferably in a healthcare environment.
Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail.
Proficiency in CRM systems and subscription management tools is preferred.
Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
