We are seeking an experienced Customer Service Agent with a background in call center operations and hands-on experience using Microsoft Dynamics. In this role, you will handle inbound and outbound calls, resolve customer inquiries, and provide exceptional service while utilizing CRM tools to manage customer interactions effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound calls and messages professionally and efficiently.
Utilize Microsoft Dynamics to track customer interactions, update records, and resolve issues.
Provide exceptional customer service by actively listening, empathizing, and offering effective solutions.
Assist clients to get orders submitted and delivered appropriately.
Maintain accurate documentation of customer interactions and follow-ups.
Meet or exceed KPIs related to call handling, resolution time, and customer satisfaction.
Work collaboratively with team members and other departments to ensure seamless service.
Requirements
Previous call center experience (At least 1 year preferred)
Proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics CRM
Strong general computer skills, including working knowledge of Windows, email platforms, and Microsoft Office Suite
Excellent typing skills Must be able to type at least 40 wpm
Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
Ability to multitask, and problem-solve,
High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in customer service or CRM software are a plus.
Compensation / Pay Rate (Up to): $20.00
