Your Responsibilities - Provide friendly and professional in person customer service at promotional events
- Represent national brands with confidence, energy, and product knowledge
- Educate customers about services and products to increase brand loyalty
- Help with event setup, breakdown, and onsite coordination
- Gather customer feedback and report it to support marketing improvements
- Work closely with your team to ensure a smooth customer experience
- Handle administrative tasks like data entry and reporting
What You Bring - Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills
- A positive, team oriented attitude and a willingness to learn
- Ability to solve problems and adapt quickly in a fast paced setting
- Previous experience in customer service, retail, or marketing is a plus but not required
