Position Overview: Automotive Parts Front Counter Salesperson As a Front Counter Salesperson, you will serve as the critical liaison between our customers and sales associates, ensuring seamless customer interactions and transactions.
Key Responsibilities: - Customer Interaction: Manage all customer interactions at the front counter, providing quotes, processing orders, and coordinating pick-ups for walk-in customers.
- Order Management: Handle automated orders through various platforms, ensuring accurate tracking and fulfillment.
- Point of Contact: Serve as the primary point of contact for customers picking up and returning parts, ensuring a smooth and efficient process.
- Payment Processing: Accept payments using a variety of methods and maintain a balanced accounting sheet throughout the day.
