About the Agency:

I opened the agency in Surprise, AZ on November 1, 2000, and my second office in Buckeye, AZ on January 1, 2015. With 20 team members and counting, we're continually growing and building a strong, dynamic team.

Our office culture is all about working hard and playing hard. I invest significant time and resources into training to ensure my team members have the skills and support they need to succeed. With training sessions three times a week, we focus on turning our team into superstars who achieve their goals and earn the commissions and bonuses they deserve.

As a University of Minnesota graduate with a major in Child Psychology and a minor in Hearing and Speech Science, I bring a unique perspective to leadership and team development, emphasizing growth, communication, and shared success.

Responsibilities:


  • Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed.
  • Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options.
  • Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services.
