Customer Service RepresentativeShipping Pilot is seeking an experienced and self-motivated Customer Service Representative to join our growing team. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the frontline representative of our company, ensuring a seamless and positive experience for our clients in the logistics industry. Your primary responsibilities will include handling customer inquiries, resolving issues efficiently, and providing clear and proactive communication. This role requires a detail-oriented individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is dedicated to delivering exceptional service
. This is an on-site position, requiring full-time availability five days a week. This position is located in Strongsville, OH.Key Responsibilities - Serve as the primary contact for client inquiries and requests.
- Maintain clear, professional, and timely communication with clients via phone, email, and other channels.
- Process and track orders, ensuring accuracy and timely fulfillment.
- Coordinate with warehouse and transportation teams to manage the flow of goods and address any disruptions.
- Address and resolve client issues, including shipment discrepancies, delays, and other service-related challenges.
- Liaise with internal departments to find solutions and provide updates to clients.
- Prepare and maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions.
- Generate regular reports on service performance, identifying areas for improvement.
- Develop and maintain strong, positive relationships with clients.
- Understand clients' business needs and logistics requirements to provide tailored solutions.
- Proactively communicate with the customers if there are any concerns, delays, etc.
- Ability to work cross-functionally within Shipping Pilot and our customers.
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications - At least 2 years of experience in a customer support role in a Warehouse environment.
- Proven track record in client relationship management within warehouse or logistics settings, showcasing adeptness in project management practices.
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, logistics, supply chain management, or a related field Preferred
