What You'll Be Doing - Guiding Tool Selection: Assist our franchised distributor customers in choosing the right automotive tools and toolboxes. Your expertise will empower them to make informed decisions.
- Inbound Calls: Be the friendly voice on the other end of the line. Handle inquiries, provide pricing details, share part numbers, troubleshoot issues, and offer basic credits.
- Technical Support: Become the product encyclopedia. You'll provide information and specifications from our Matco Tools catalog and those of our trusted suppliers.
- Order Management: Efficiently input orders using our internal software systems. Accuracy and attention to detail are your superpowers.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the Customer Service team. Together, you'll tackle open questions, resolve challenges, and ensure seamless communication.
