Customer Service Representative to join our team in Sandy Springs, GA.
About the Role: As a Customer Service Representative at Style Netbox, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, ensuring they receive excellent service and support. You will handle inquiries, resolve issues, and maintain positive relationships, all while reflecting the creativity and professionalism of our brand.
Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner.
- Resolve customer issues and complaints with patience and efficiency.

Qualifications: - High school diploma or equivalent; Associate's or Bachelor's degree is a plus.
