We are seeking a highly motivated, sales-oriented Customer Service Representative at Ace Handyman Services NoVa West. As an Ace Handyman Services NoVa West Customer Service Representative, you will primarily handle incoming calls and online submissions, provide information about services, schedule appointments and assist with customer inquiries.
Responsibilities: - Answer customer calls: Address inquiries about services, pricing, and availability.
- Educate customers: Explain our service model and various home repair solutions.
- Schedule appointments: Review dispatch system to schedule appointments for specific projects.
- Provide excellent customer service: Maintain a high level of professionalism and establish positive rapport with all callers.
- Update customer information: Maintain accurate records in the customer service database.
- Stay informed: Keep up-to-date on services provided and company policies.
- Communicate with field personnel: Relay information between CSRs, craftsmen, supervisors and office manager
- Assist with customer issues: Address customer concerns and resolve issues related to billing, service, or product problems.
Skills and Qualifications: - Excellent communication skills, including verbal and written.
- Strong listening skills to understand customer needs and concerns.
- Ability to resolve customer issues and maintain a positive attitude.
- Familiarity with Service Titan scheduling software is a plus
- Ability to work well in a team environment and contribute to the overall success of the company.
