Join our dynamic team as a Customer Service Representative, a crucial role in our retail environment where your contributions directly impact our success. In this position, you will engage closely with both wholesale and retail customers, helping them find the solutions that best meet their needs while providing outstanding service with every interaction.

As a Customer Service Representative, you will:
  • Deliver exceptional customer satisfaction through superior sales service.
  • Assist customers in person and over the phone, understanding their needs and recommending appropriate products.
  • Build and maintain productive relationships with both wholesale and retail clients.
  • Accurately process sales transactions in accordance with company policies.
  • Meet and exceed store sales goals on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
  • Keep detailed and organized work order files and formulas.
  • Efficiently pull products from the sales floor or warehouse.
  • Tint and mix products according to customer specifications.
  • Maintain an organized and visually appealing sales floor by stocking shelves and setting up displays.
  • Ensure the cleanliness and maintenance of store equipment.
  • Assist with loading and unloading delivery trucks and making deliveries when necessary.
  • Keep assigned areas well-stocked and presentable.
  • Stay informed about product offerings and convey the available options to customers.
  • Adhere to inventory control procedures and suggest improvements for sales.
Minimum Requirements:
  • Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age.
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the country without requiring sponsorship for any employment visa status.
  • Must possess a valid, unrestricted Driver's License.
  • Must be able to frequently lift and carry up to 50 lbs and occasionally up to 70 lbs, with or without reasonable accommodation.
  • Must be willing to work scheduled hours, including evenings and weekends, with or without reasonable accommodation.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • A High School diploma or GED is preferred.
  • At least one (1) year of experience in delivery, retail, or customer service is highly desirable.
  • Prior experience selling paint and related products is a plus.
  • Experience operating tinting and mixing equipment is advantageous.
  • Ability to read, write, comprehend, and communicate in more than one language is valued.
  • Proficiency in Spanish is a plus.
